1. Outlet Availability:

Please note that currently, reservations are only available at our Roxy Square 1 (Katong) Outlet.

2. No Fees, No Fuss:

At Mita Sushi, making and cancelling a reservation is completely free.

3. 15-Minute Hold Policy:

We will hold your reserved table for 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time.

If we do not hear from you within this 15-minute window, please understand that we may need to offer your table to other guests without prior notice.

4. Changes & Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may cancel your reservation using the link provided in the confirmation email.

5. Large Group Reservations: For reservations of more than 6 guests, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +65 80568565.

6. Reservation Availability:

If you cannot find the desired timeslot or are unable to make a reservation online, it indicates that all online slots are full.

We reserve a limited number of seats for walk-in guests, although availability cannot be guaranteed, you're welcome to visit, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

7. Waiting Time:

Please note that even with a reservation, there may be a short wait time during peak hours. We appreciate your understanding.
